SealixR Refund Policy

At SealixR, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every product. Because our items are perishable food and supplement products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have left our facility.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within   days of delivery at concierge@sealixr.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will be happy to replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products purchased through unauthorized retailers

  • Gift cards

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
