SealixR products are crafted with intention and shipped with care.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping & Transit
Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout. Transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. SealixR is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order is in the possession of the carrier, all transit-related matters — including delays, misrouting, or delivery exceptions — are the responsibility of the carrier. Customers may be required to file a claim directly with the carrier if an issue arises.
Temperature & Product Integrity
SealixR chocolates are produced to maintain stability under standard shipping conditions. Additional protective measures may be used at our discretion for select destinations or conditions. We do not guarantee temperature-controlled shipping and are not responsible for weather-related transit conditions.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SealixR is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Compromised Orders
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@sealixr.com with your order number and clear photos. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.
